Description

All the topics included in the course, once completed by the agent, will provide the agent with a clean understanding of the Virginia Laws and regulations that govern the agent's action regarding these topics. Once a licensee understands these laws and regulations, they will better service their clients, customers, and the public. The current case studies, questions, and answers, give examples of how to apply what is learned. This course is authorized for 8 hours of CE Credit as follows: 3HR Ethics and Standards of Conduct, 2HR Fair Housing, 1HR Legal Updates w/Flood, 1HR Real Estate Agency, 1HR Related Content
