Description

This 45-hour course has been approved as a broker pre-licensing course and an agent who has completed this course will be able to protect the public by informing them of the types of loans available to them. The process of obtaining a loan. The instruments of a loan and mortgage. They will also be able to explain the basics of defaults and foreclosures.
