Broker Real Estate Appraisal

Description

This is a required course to attain a broker's license in the state of Virginia. Topics include central purposes and functions of an appraisal, social and economic determinant of value, cost, sales comparison, and income approaches to real estate valuation, final correlations, and reporting. The course also includes case studies.
