Description

Proctored pre-licensing exam.  This includes Principles of Real Estate and Broker Pre-licensing course exams.


Please bring ONLY photo ID, pencil and calculator to the exam. All other personal items including cell phones, bags/purses and books WILL NOT be allowed in the exam.

**NOTICE** Park on far side of building and enter through Alpha College of Real Estate direct entrance. DO NOT park in front lot and/or attempt to access Alpha through HRRA interior main suite. 

All sales are final, and all charges are non-refundable. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of course type, product type, or other purchasable items from Alpha College of Real Estate.
